Before my career as a ghostwriter, I never realized the importance of empathy in my career skill set. However, I’ve always had a heart for helping others, so understanding others is crucial for creating engaging and believable book narratives. While some stories, like memoirs, require it, business books are more straightforward and rarely require it. Still, there has been a shift in business books, which are story-driven, showing the leaders’ expertise and what they went through to overcome the challenges. This is where you, as a leader, may need professional handholding so I can do what’s necessary to deliver your story to the best of my ability.
