Tony Horne is a True Crime specialist and one of the most in-demand ghostwriters in the UK.

In 2024, he penned five books alone—one in 40 days:
In February of that year, Tony received a call from Adam Muganzi, known as Ghost and one of London’s most feared gangsters, who had signed to Netflix via the production company Minnow:
“Can you write a book in 40 days?” he was asked.
“No,” replied Tony.
He then proceeded to deliver the memoir in 39 days.

He is good and he is fast.
Though, he absolutely does recommend six to twelve months for making the notes, writing the first draft, considered manuscript review, agent submission, and launch preparation.

His clients repeatedly say that he “gets” them and shows a compassion and empathy which empowers them to tell stories of which they have often barely spoken. His media background has been hugely beneficial in getting publicity for his subjects.

Tony has a degree in French and Italian from Rome and Padova Universities in Italy, and Exeter University in England, where he continues to mentor five current students a year.

With a career of 25 years as a morning radio host on some of the biggest stations in the UK, he has now penned over 35 books. Tony has found those skills transferrable: storytelling and emotional connection are at the heart of his craft.

“Radio gave me the ability to listen and take conversation to a new level. I bring these skills to your memoir. Your story is safe with me.”
